The University of Tennessee Experiment Station launched a Vegetable Initiative in 1996, the goal of which was to assist and encourage current and potential vegetable producers in Tennessee. To attain that goal extensive vegetable research was conducted for a variety of vegetables that may potentially be grown in the state. Research included such areas as marketing, mulch, and IR-4. This site contains the titles of research projects that may be accessed by year of research. Questions concerning the details of any research should be directed to bess@utk.edu.
